A dilapidated factory somewhere in Southwesterns France is about to close down. The last workers sadly contemplate their forced retirement. however, there remains one old machine to take down. A young worker is brought in from ouside for he alone knows how to do carry out this difficult task. His mysterious presence will cause upheavals in the last days of the factory, for he's about to awaken new pulsions in the workers with whom he's brought into contact.
